Privacy
We collect what an order needs — your name, address, email, and what you told us about the piece — and nothing else. We do not sell or share your details, and we write to you only about your order unless you ask for news from the bench. Payments are handled by our payment processor; card numbers never touch our systems. Our analytics are cookieless. To see or erase what we hold about you, email us.
Terms
Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in stone placement and mix are the nature of the work, not defects. Prices are in US dollars. For commissions, work begins after the color map is approved and the deposit is received; the deposit covers materials and is not refundable once setting begins.
Returns
Most pieces may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, unworn and in their original box, for a refund of the piece price. Return shipping is yours, and we recommend insuring it. Hair pieces, phone rings and stands, pillow covers, watch bands, vases, flutes and charms are all covered.
Phone cases, crystal portraits made from your photograph, and commissioned work are final sale. A case is cut, coloured and set for a single phone model and a single design; a portrait is made from one person’s photograph. Neither can be offered to anyone else. Every such piece carries that term on its own page.
None of this applies to a piece that arrives damaged or an order filled wrongly. Photograph the box and the piece, write to us within a week of delivery, and we will repair, remake or refund it — including pieces that are otherwise final sale.
